Employee (s) who becomes unfit for work due to the use of drugs or alcohol shall be investigated and risk termination of employment.
The company can, at its discretion, require all employees to submit to alcohol and / or drug testing prior to engagement by the company.
All employees shall submit to alcohol and or drug testing where cause exists to suspect alcohol or drug abuse after any accidents or incident involving our operations such as road accident, fire outbreak, fighting, etc.
Periodic and unscheduled random testing shall be conducted by ARK when cause exist for the company to suspect that an employee has an alcohol and / or drug abuse problem or is in a position where testing in required by law. A positive test result or refusal to submit to a drug or alcohol test is grounds for disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
